HHS Unveils New Food Pyramid + Heed Redfield's Warning

HHS just announced new dietary guidelines for Americans. Many are contrasting it to the old food pyramid, which emphasized carbohydrates and put protein and fats in the back seat. Here, to discuss what these changes mean for public health, is Sally Fallon of the Weston A. Price Foundation.
