Idaho Medical Freedom Act Poised to Become Law

Medical freedom should be an uncontroversial issue, especially when it comes to matters of bodily autonomy — the right to choose, to opt out, of experimental and unsafe pharmaceutical products. But when it comes to legislating for these rights, actions have fallen short in many regions of the country. A prime example of success, however, is seen in the Northwestern “Gem State,” Idaho, where elected officials have been pushing for an amendment to an existing bill which would broaden COVID-pandemic language to prohibit mandates of all kinds.
