There are a number of concerns that people have expressed about the use of a REAL ID system for personal identification. This technology would provide easier access for the government to track its citizens’ activities, acting as a passport for domestic travel and other activities occurring within the country that require such credentials. Twila Brase, RN, PHN is one such individual who is raising the alarm about how this program has been and could be used for ill.
