Cyrus in Charleston, WV

Cyrus went from developing normally to regressing quickly after catching up on childhood vaccinations. His mother tried to help him recover but was unsuccessful. It took him until the age of six to learn to speak. Cyrus is featured in this "Vaxxed" video.
