CHD.TV had the honor to speak with Florida surgeon general, Joseph Ladapo, M.D., Ph.D. about setting a blueprint for trustworthy, transparent public health leadership. Dr. Ladapo was one of few in a position of authority who stepped up to the plate when humanity was hit by a global pandemic. And he did so in a thoughtful, ethical way. People in positions of power have a choice to make in times of crises — to either greedily take advantage of the population or sacrificially and confidently do what is best for the people.
