‘What about Polio?’ many parents ask, in speaking of choices surrounding the issue of childhood vaccination. News campaigns contribute to the fear-based pressure to immunize or otherwise face the threat of paralysis. But people on the ground are proclaiming a different narrative, that their vaccinated children suffered severe injury after their shots.
