Although she was questioning vaccines while pregnant, Jeannette decided to go through with a modified immunization schedule for her son. Despite spacing out the little boy’s shots, he ended up regressing into autism. When asked what her message to parents is, Jeannette states, “Educate yourself. Don't just do what you’re told. Ask questions. Listen to your gut. Don’t let doctors bully you into doing anything that you don’t want to do. It’s always OK to say ‘no’ and then do your own research.”
