Joseph was born in 2000. When he turned 18 months old, his mother, Diane, brought him in for routine immunizations. His subsequent fever “persisted for 4 weeks,” and Diane began asking the doctors tough questions, but left without answers, she did her own deep-dive into the shots. Although “the extent of the vaccine-injured community, at that time, was so unknown,” Diane had enough information to become passionate about medical freedom and informed consent.
