The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) meets regularly throughout the year. This Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) committee determines recommendations for vaccination, such as dosage and timing.
Today, the ACIP meets to discuss rates of adverse events after vaccination, natural immunity, available doses and more.
