The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) meets regularly throughout the year. This Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) committee determines recommendations for vaccination, such as dosage and timing.
Today, the ACIP meets to discuss a request for emergency use authorization vaccination for 5-11 year olds.
