Did you know that a hidden provision in the 21st Century Cures Act of 2016 indemnified manufacturers from liability for ALL CDC-recommended vaccines for pregnant women?
“The passage of this bill in December of 2016 opened up a gold rush for vaccine manufacturers, and pregnant women were the target,” warned Dr. Meryl Nass.
Because there is a financial incentive for vaccine manufacturers to mandate RSV vaccines for pregnant women, Dr. Nass is concerned that history will repeat itself.
“The government behaved illegally [during COVID]. What can we expect in the future? The government behaving illegally again?” questioned Dr. Nass.
“What you’ve shown is that they’ve laid out the template for the new normal … the woeful lack of testing on pregnant women, of all people, seems so, so stark,” lamented Brian Hooker, Ph.D.
