Not everyone lives, or has a desire to live, on a farm. Not everyone has access to a farmer’s market. Not everyone enjoys the same foods. Not everyone likes to cook. So how do we approach people where they are? “This is about common sense,” John Klar, Esq. explains to viewers.
What is so important about John’s commentary is that he reminds us that we live in a world where escaping toxins is impossible. Even if you raise organic crops in the middle of nowhere, the rain that falls on your land is the same water that evaporates from polluted oceans and the air you breathe blows in from industrial parks.
But education is of utmost importance, even when navigating those conversations with people who disagree or have more to learn is difficult.
